A Poem by Sally

Waiting for our kitten to arrive and have a name in mind, Toby.

Once seen we are smitten, so tiny and cute.

Up on our legs to our laps and then he races around.

Now Toby has found his milk and dry food.

Throwing rolled up pieces of paper, empty kitchen rolls and small boxes;
he’s easily amused.

he’s easily amused.

Really pleased to say Toby has settled in well.

Bedtime is fun time with him, in the kitchen and we close the door

We can hear a lot of meows and can imagine him saying “Why have you put me in here for?”

Nestle down into our beds and go to sleep

Don’t hear a peep from Toby until we get up the next day
