Winter Cheer

Cheer is the red cherries in a
Christmas cake.
The glitter of baubles,
the smile on a child’s face
Laughter from jokes.
It is the candles in church.
Jolly as holly, the fun of collecting
pine cones in the park
Happiness is the smell of
freshly baked ginger bread.
Gleefulness is playing fetch
with your dog.
A rainbow shining bright.
