Whether we have a mental health diagnosis or not, many of us can feel a little low during January and February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Music came up quite frequently when we asked people “What gives you a lift?” Clearly we all have different tastes in music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Write Up Your Street we collected the favorites of individuals in our team and compiled this Spotify playlist<\/a>. We hope some of them will give you a lift on this Blue Monday<\/a> in January…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meeting up with friends is also a good way to chase away the January Blues! Last Thursday a few of us met up in Lydney on a grey and rainy day. We had fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

…and it’s very hard not to smile around Sharron!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
