I didn&#8217;t find it easy because\u00a0 I didn&#8217;t know anything about her except that she was a buyer so was here to stay.<br>However I got a\u00a0card\u00a0back saying thank you. So when I bumped into her in the car park we both knew each other&#8217;s name and had a few things to break the ice. I found simple gesture like a\u00a0card\u00a0through a door made a start to making a neighborhood just that bit more friendly and personal! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When a
